Six Exquisite Puglia Wedding Venues

Six Exquisite Puglia Wedding Venues

For a bright and beautiful Italian destination wedding off the beaten path, consider the charms of Puglia. This southern region of Italy is a refreshing delight in summer, with fewer crowds than other areas. In Puglia, couples have a choice of so many luxurious and unique Puglia wedding venues, plus the region has so much to offer you and your guests!

Puglia is known for its sparkling turquoise beaches and dramatic cliffs, authentic villages, rich charm and history, and world-class cuisine — this region is also famous for its olive oil, freshly caught seafood, and mouthwatering cheeses. If you love afternoons by the sea, wine in hand, or the idea of a sunset yacht with your guests sounds perfect, then you might love the relaxed seaside and countryside towns dotted throughout Puglia.

If you’re dreaming of a picturesque celebration in a historic masseria, or farmhouse, with stunning coastal views or idyllic rows of olive groves, here are my top 6 luxury wedding venues in Puglia!

We are currently booking the 2026 wedding season. If you’re looking for your Puglia wedding photographer, please get in touch with us.

1. Masseria Salamina, @masseriasalamina

Masseria Salamina is an ancient farmhouse, dating back to the 1600s, and one of the best wedding villas in Puglia for authenticity, charm, and delicious local cuisine. This stunning property is also a working farm, producing extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, and sweet jams, which you can incorporate into your celebrations!

You have multiple options for an indoor or outdoor ceremony, with space for up to 100 guests inside in the grand dining room, or 120 in a gorgeous garden setting. You can plan a romantic late afternoon ceremony on the terrace, with historic stonework, large bougainvillea, and soft sunlight streaming in.

We’ll also have plenty of gorgeous settings for your Masseria Salamina wedding photography, including the masseria’s gorgeous exterior, with a watchtower and a walkway lined with arched stone columns. The lush swimming pool and surrounding lawn is also a bright and airy location for your wedding portraits, but it also makes a great place for your pre-reception cocktail hour.

The tasteful and comfortable rooms and apartments can sleep up to 40 in total. The masseria is happy to arrange private events for you and your guests as well, including wine tasting and visits to the olive orchard, making it one of the most popular masseria wedding venues in Puglia.

2. Tenuta Tresca, @tenutatresca

For your Puglia destination wedding, it’s hard to imagine a more romantic or whimsical choice than Tenuta Tresca! It’s also ideal for couples who love the idea of a serene ceremony in nature, as the venue’s enchanted forest space is a gorgeous wooded area composed of centuries-old oak trees.

The light in this space is so soft and golden, plus you can also host an outdoor reception outside as well, in the Square of the Tree courtyard. It’s an open-air terrace draped in fairy lights twinkling to illuminate the night as you dance and dine. This venue offers a rustic chic feel well suited to bohemian or romantic styling.

Or, there’s also a stylish indoor space, with stylish wood and stone architecture, that’s popular for winter weddings. You’ll love dining next to the oversized Lecce stone fireplace, with this banquet hall offering such a warm and cozy atmosphere. In rainy or cooler weather, you can also say your vows indoors here.

Tenuta Tresca weddings can host 70 to 240 guests. They also specialize in international destination weddings, with an experienced planning team to help you every step of the way. There’s no accommodation on site, but there are plenty of options nearby.

3. Casale del Murgese, @casaledelmurgesesavelletri

If you’re searching for Ostuni wedding venues, Casale del Murgese is a beautiful choice for a bright and modern wedding, conveniently positioned between Ostuni and Monopoli. While the property’s masseria is hundreds of years old, it stuns with clean white lines and stone columns that photograph so beautifully — and your guests will love the recently built room and suites, designed in an elegant style.

The accommodation can sleep up to 90, but the venue can cater to up to 200 wedding guests. Your guests will love staying here, with the resort offering a fantastic restaurant, a huge swimming pool, and nearby activities including golf, horseback riding, and ancient Greek and Roman ruins.

Outdoor ceremonies are held in the lush green meadow near the masseria, featuring bucolic views of rolling hills and olive orchards, or you can also say your vows near the venue’s serene outdoor pool. For indoor ceremonies and receptions, the farmhouse is light and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and gorgeous wrought iron chandeliers that add a pop of elegance to your wedding photography.

A Casale del Murgese destination wedding is perfect for couples seeking Puglian authenticity in a stylish, elegant setting, featuring local cuisine and welcoming hospitality.

4. Masseria Potenti, @masseriapotenti

Weddings at Masseria Potenti are best described as rustic-luxe and provide the most romantic setting. Nestled in the countryside of Manduria, between Taranto and Lecce, this 17th-century farmhouse features 130 hectares of rolling hills, vineyards and whitewashed walls (striking and chic for your wedding photography).

You’ll have the option of exchanging your vows either indoors in their beautifully restored barn or outdoors in their courtyard with a long Italian-style banquet under olive trees. The masseria also offers boutique rooms for your guests — and you have the option for exclusive venue use on request. You and your group can relax by the pool, enjoy a sunset aperitivo or take a cooking class — it’s all about elegance and relaxation here.

To top it off, Masseria Potenti’s on-site restaurant uses a “field-to-fork” approach to their cuisine — sourcing ingredients from local fields and farms — resulting in dishes that are traditional but with a twist. Between the ancient architecture, lush surroundings, and refined hospitality, hosting your destination wedding here will be timeless and luxurious.

5. Palazzo Daniele, @palazzo.daniele

If your tastes run more towards palatial luxury that’s fit for royalty, then Palazzo Daniele may be one of the best wedding venues in Puglia for you. Constructed in 1861 and later updated by one of Italy’s top architects, everything about this former home of nobility will impress — imagine fine art, ornate gilded walls, and colorful mosaics, but matched with contemporary design to make you and your wedding guests feel at home.

It’s a beautiful choice for couples who appreciate art and design and this property was named Hotel of the Year in recent European hospitality awards. Plus, there are nine suites on the property, ideal for soaking up the Puglian sunshine and five-star hospitality.

You can say your vows in the gorgeous courtyard and orangery, with a stone rotunda, ivy-covered walls, and a serene vibe that feels like a Renaissance painting come to life. This venue can cater to 120 guests outside or 50 inside, in a stunning banquet hall adorned with 19th-century frescos.

As your destination wedding photographer in Puglia, you’ll love the stylish and timeless images we can take here, like something out of the pages of a high fashion magazine. With handcrafted marble work, arched walkways, and lots of natural light, it’s the ideal venue for creating luxurious, editorial-style images.

6. Castello Monaci, @castellomonaci

A Castello Monaci destination wedding offers a spacious and grand palatial venue, originally built in 1500 as a home for Basilian monks and later a noble residence. Today, this palatial estate specializes in weddings, with space for up to 500 guests and 15 luxury accommodation rooms (plus lots of additional options nearby).

As you enter the long driveway, lined with towing eucalyptus trees, this venue immediately awes everyone who enters, with magnificent gardens and terraces for your outdoor ceremony and opulent great halls that you can personalize to suit your style. The Statue Garden, Chess Garden, and Winter Garden are all uniquely beautiful spaces for an outdoor afternoon ceremony.

This space is ideal for formal fairytale-style weddings, with whimsical lush gardens, framed by ivy-covered walls and double staircases, and serene olive gardens and countryside views. However, the exceptional wedding planning team can help you bring any wedding vision to life, with access to all of the region’s top vendors and suppliers.

You’ll love the enchanting beauty of your Castello Monaci wedding photos, with warm natural light illuminating the venue’s palm trees, lush lawns, and formal gardens and courtyards. In addition, the ancient stone of the basilica-style interiors, with grand archways, are just timeless; their grandeur creates a beautiful sense of scale and drama to your final imagery.
